This company have bad customer service system. No one reply on my emails. The phone number isn't in service. They have few customer service agents or they have a lot of customers who have issues that they need to discuss and as a result of that, I had to wait 2 hours and 3 hours on the next day to get my issue solved but I couldn't talk to any agent for the deposit that I made on Feb 2, 2024 and It's been credited to my account yet (today: Feb 9, 2024)
