I opened an acc but then when I tried to login my password was rejected. When I emailed them the reply I got was thay they no longer monitor the emails and sent me via customer support on system. Tried that and you just end up going round in circles getting nowhere. There is no real help for customers you are left in the lurch. Betfair seems to be the best out of the three I've found. Betfred just as bad.
