Terrible company. I used with no probs for a few months..Paid in £10 in to my account using my wifes card for convenience..Won £60, but 3 days later they removed the £60 with no explanation. On contacting they said it was a card used not in my name. Why not just refuse payment from all cards not in a/c holders name if thats the case..? Customer services rude, and unhelpful..just told me its in t&cs. Would never use again. Have closed account and 2 friends have done the same after hearing this.
