Open a account last Tuesday. Deposited £700. Played virtually, won around £17000. Finished up £9000 decided to withdrawal, then they ask for ID PROOF ETC which I provided on the same day contacted them each day and they would say waiting for feedback, today is Tuesday and now my account is temp suspended, called the number and it doesn’t even ring, what can I do??? This can’t be allowed. They take your money when u lose but when u win they don’t pay out.... how???
