I joined betway played the same slot, Masks of fire, I have played the same game elsewhere, I was playing it when 9 masks came in, a win of £800 but it stopped and then two moved on leaving me 7 masks a win of £40, I took this up as a complaint with betway and they say it was a WiFi connection problem on my end, such rubbish.
I have played the same game elsewhere, they also haven't supplied me with chat logs.
Awful customer service in fact diabolical
Completely corrupt site.
