I do enjoy these exercises but there are times I had to put a pause because I do these exercises before I sleep and walking or eating isn't possible or doesn't make sense.
It has helped my performance anxiety a lot but I just found during the walking and eating portions I didn't get them done as consistently as I wanted to. The raisin one isn't included in this because it's easy but I don't like eating a snack or meal before bed.
