I honestly thought I would have to go on meds to get past my ED. I never even considered that it may be mental blockers standing in my way of a favorite pastime. I was skeptical going into it but thought it was worth a try. It was mind blowing to become aware of how “non-present” I was being. The circular nature of one thought leading to the next causing an endless loop with the outcome of ED. I never would have known to target that type of thinking without this program. I wasn’t confident in bed at all and now I’m extremely confident that I’ll be able to perform. Even in times when I’m in my head and experiencing moments of ED, using what this program has helped with that, I’m able to get back to the present, be fully in the moment, and get past the ED experience. Would definitely recommend this program to those who want to truly conquer ED. Glad to not have to take a pill when I’m ready to perform.

I started the mindfulness program as a result of an incident that required me to look within myslf and address several issues. I had not meditated before. I have found the program to be an incredible experience that has helped me in many ways. You have to be committed to the program and do your part, but the results have been extremely beneficial to me not only with ED but in other aspects of my life. I feel more relaxed overall and I truly believe I think more clearly without so many thoughts clouding my mind. I recommend this program to others having similar issues. Thank you.

Having completed the Performance Anxiety Program, I have gained insights and techniques on how to manage my performance anxiety. I have seen improvement on my performance as I learnt how to relax and be in the moment. Thank you for the guidance and I recommend the Program to anybody who has anxiety, not only in the bedroom but also in his day-to-day life.

I was struggling with perfomance anxiety and thought I'd try the program. I learned a lot about how easy it is to get stuck in your head and stuck with ED. The program uses mindfulness meditation to reconnect you with your body. I didn't realize how much I was worried about not finishing too soon during sex and set myself up for failure and embarassment. I started noticing positive changes after two weeks of using the PE and perfomance anxiety program. There is a night and day difference after the 8 week program. I'm very happy with my results. Try using Between Us Clinic instead of using medication first. It works.

After spending close to a year dealing with sudden ED (it started suddenly), I tried Between Us. To date, I believe that my condition is improving. I appreciate that Between Us provides programmatic process, with repeated exercises that build on each other with the hope of a solution. I think that Between Us is something anyone with the problem should try - but I would emphasize that you may need to transform your experience to a more mindful approach. In my case, I started meditating and therapy to deal with work-related stress and clinical depression. These factors likely caused my ED issues. After trying different programs, I started working with Balance's Foundations program to deal with my stress and depression. I was working through the program when I began Between Us as well. Balance is a more general meditation program that teaches the basics of mindfulness and seems to provide an excellent companion to Between Us, which deals with this more specific goal.

My experience has been good. The directions are pretty straight forward. And the practices are easy to do. While doing the program. I was still trying to actively be intimate with my girlfriend. I felt progress. After the raisin exercise I was able to manage an erection with during sex. So that gave me confidence moving forward. But it wasn’t a linear improvement. As I progressed thru the program. At the end of the program when I finished, I went to have sex with my gf, it didn’t go like I wanted it to. I expected to be all better. But I learned that the more I do the practices the better I will be. So I’m hoping that by me continuing to do practices from the program, I will get the results that I wanted. Also, I have relationship issues, so maybe that’s another obstacles for me. Which is not addressed in this practice. I’m thankful that I have found this program though still

Some of the mindfulness concepts are a little abstract. It isn’t always easy to understand how these “skills” can be applied to defray anxiety. I suspect that some perseverance is needed. The final session tries to bring this together. It would be helpful to pepper the course with similar illustrations. I’ll be revisiting the course to reinforce my understanding and augment my familiarity with the techniques.

It worked! Only complaint is in a few cases they referenced buttons which I didn't see on the website, though this wasn't a major problem.

The program seems very well structured and the mindfulness guide had a voice that was easy to listen to. Unfortunately, I haven't been yet able to implement the things I've learned during the course to effectively overcome the anxiety causing erection issues, but I'm hopeful that will come with further practice.

Between Us Clinic has been great. I like that it's a one time payment, so you don't ever have to worry about it in the future. And the free week long trial was very nice as well, I decided I did like it and could tell that it was helping me even in just the first week. I appreciate that they give details on how each exercise will benefit you. (READ ALL THE INFO, IT'S NOT THAT MUCH). I have certainly gotten much better since beginning the course, I am in the last session now and will continue to improve I believe. I even stopped using it for months because I was having no issues and having a great time with my wife. I messed myself up again once and was able to pick it back up which was great. It's also just great because I can come back forever and always practice being more mindful which has helped me with my wife, but even all of the rest of my life in helping me to be more calm and in the moment. Between Us Clinic was a stretch for me. I typically am very sceptical when it comes to online fixes. I lost my wife to both alcohol and then death a while back. I met someone new a few years later and we developed an incredible bond. She had lost her husband as well and it just seemed that we were meant to be together. I had never experienced performance anxiety before but all of the sudden it happened. Once it happened once, the anxierty really started to play a role in my performance. I started expecting it to happen and it did and does to often. I found Between Us Clinic like most of you, searching the net for answers for what in the world is wrong with me. I have definitly noticed improvement in how I handle the feeling of anxiety setting in and what to do in those situations. I'm not completely finished yet but things are a lot better in the bedroom now and I feel it will only get better. The key is undersatnding what's going on. I started talking to my now wife about what was happening and that really helped the tension I was feeling. I recommend giving the program a try if you are experiencing any of the symptoms of worry, anxiety or the fear of failure. I just completed the Solo PE program, and I am very happy with the results. I went from lasting 2-3 minutes of stimulation to 10-15. The program did a great job of explaining the techniques and tracking my progress so I could see how I was improving over time. Most importantly, the program helped me see how much control I can develop with practice and gave me back a sense of confidence.

The Clinic was quite helpful, insightful and reasonably priced. I would recommed it to anyone experiencing problems, and perhaps those who didn't, since the mindfulness practice is a great tool for life.
