It was somewhat helpful. I am still dealing with my ED issues. I’m continuing to work on my mindfulness thru out the day. I plan on re-doing the course again and hopefully get more results.

I entered into this thinking it would be a magic pill (no pun intended.) What I now realize is that this can be incredibly effective at overcoming ED and PE, but it takes work! After 8 weeks, I am in a much better place than when I started, but there is still a ways to go. If you are committed to fixing your problem, this will help eventually if you stick with it.

Their programs are mediocre meditations at best. There is little in the way of actual science involved in much of the program. Unhelpful at best.

Research shows that practicing mindfulness daily for 8 weeks can alter the brain's structure, enabling it to remain calm and relaxed during stressful situations. This means that before completing our 8-week program, the habit of being mindful may not yet be fully established, making it challenging to automatically stay calm and relaxed during stress. Its is decent and has good information to overcome performance anxiety. My issue is that it is hard to focus because the exercises are repetitive. I try to stay focus but before I know it my mind wandered away and I missed half the sección.

Our primary goal is to support you in achieving a satisfying sex life. While mindfulness meditation is a very effective method for overcoming performance anxiety, in some cases, where there is also a physical component to ED or when other psychological factors are at play besides performance anxiety, mindfulness meditation can be helpful but may not fully resolve the issue on its own.
