Hi, I purchased the performace anxiety course and was half way thru when things were working so well in bed I stopped the daily practices for a few months . Well, stuff happened and I was right back in the loop feeling frustrated and upset. Thank goodness I still have access to the course where this time I intend to finish and make mindfullness a daily routine. Never been a lets go to therapy and focus on my feelings kind of guy but I have since learned to chill out and let go of hangups and simple listen and focus to the program. I do this becasue it works. Thank You
