I was struggling with perfomance anxiety and thought I'd try the program. I learned a lot about how easy it is to get stuck in your head and stuck with ED. The program uses mindfulness meditation to reconnect you with your body. I didn't realize how much I was worried about not finishing too soon during sex and set myself up for failure and embarassment. I started noticing positive changes after two weeks of using the PE and perfomance anxiety program. There is a night and day difference after the 8 week program. I'm very happy with my results.
