I purchased a watch for my sons birthday it took 12 days for you to email me to say it was out of stock and you will refund my money, however online it still says it is in stock.
This left me without a present for my son and I now had to find him a watch in a 5day period.
I am extremely unhappy with the service a will never shop with Bevilles again.
