The guide to the length of necklaces was extremely helpful when choosing the length. The reporting on the width of the chain was also great. These two reasons were why I chose to buy from Bevilles rather than another jeweller as I had a better idea of what I was buying - especially as my purchase is a gift. Transactions were seamless and I found the tracking on the item was helpful as well. All in all, a good experience, although I still prefer to shop in person, rather than on-line.
