Ordered a pair of gold hoops as a Christmas gift to myself. They arrived with a faulty closure and I had to do some DIY repairs to it even get them to close. Then one fell out and was lost forever (due to the fact they arrived broken)
Reached out to customer support only to be told that without both earring there was nothing that could be done to rectify the situation.
I would love to return both earrings but I no longer have them due to the fact that they arrived already broken.
