This purchase of an e gift was a Xmas present which we still don’t have due to poor communication.
We spoke to someone in customer service yesterday, and were told there was an IT issue that was being looked into and that we would get a call back.
No call came, and late yesterday I found an email requesting conformation of my purchase, as it was late in the day when this was discovered, I replied immediately but it was to late by then for our purchase to be processed, so no Xmas present.
Both my fiancé and I are very disappointed in the lack of communication with us over this matter, my fiancé has spent quite a lot with Bevilles over the years, that was why I chose Bevilles for this purchase.
Bevilles needs to take a good look at how the customer service team deal with issues, especially there communication and call back procedures
