I purchased a silver anklet which was exactly the same as online.
But the problem was that it was too big.
I contacted Bevilles return office & was issued with a cost free label to return my purchase on the same day.
Even though l didn't keep my purchase, Bevilles customer service was extremely good in responding to my problem.
