Online shopping was simple, with easy to navigate pages, clear pictures and detailed descriptions. The disappointing factor was collectecting the order in store. One staff member was wearing their mask under their chin whilst assisting a customer on the floor, whilst the staff member who assisted me was wearing their mask only over their mouth.
