Timeframe of getting back was good. Received my goods a little late, due to sourcing, but was advised and given time line, which was good. Further opportunity for improvement - reading entire query to enable full assistance. Still waiting to hear back regarding the membership number not linking online, but shows on my instore purchase receipts, would appreciate all purchases to be included.
