Website said stock was available for click and collect the refunded half my order. Store (Plenty Valley) never notified me my order was ready to collect. I tried calling them for 3 days (at various times throughout the day) where they hung up as soon as they answered it twice and didn’t answer the other 15 times I tried to call. Staff in store were incredibly rude. Will not be returning
