The online purchase process was seamless and the communication was excellent. Overall, a positive experience. My only criticism is the shipping packaging. The exterior of the watch package was damaged. Whilst this did not affect the watch contained within, the damage to the exterior of the box containing the watch was disappointing. The item is a gift and the damage to the packaging detracted from the overall appearance. Shipping the item in a postal envelope would yield a better outcome if the watch packaging box was better protected. The addition of a small amount of bubble wrap around the box would minimize damage and address this issue.
