Overall a good experience. It would be very helpful to have measurements of items as sometimes they have appeared larger or smaller online, which can lead to disappointment. Earring grams/weight in particular would make online shopping more likely as I simply don't buy anything beyond huggies because of the possibility of heavy earrings.
