The ring I purchased was advertised at a cheaper price on the search results than the product website so I made queries to have this rectified. Customer service referred it to marketing but after a number of days it still hadn't been amended. Customer service then created an invoice to allow me to order at the advertised price and goods were dispatched promptly however I ordered 2x rose gold rings and one of them arrived in silver and a different size to what I ordered so now I need to visit a store to return and then wait for a new one to be dispatched as they don't hold stock.
