I only have one suggestion - as a PayPal user for on line shopping, prior to purchase, I would have preferred to know that my return for refund (which I needed to do) could not take place in store. I might have opted for CC payment instead.
Returning an expensive item via post is a little unnerving.
Other than that, the shopping experience has been delightful - everyone from store staff to on line staff have been most helpful.
