I had a fantastic experience with the online customer service via webchat- Ana was fantastic, very helpful and accommodating to my questions.
I was however disappointed in my purchase- the huggies I bought said 10mm but that seems to be the inner size. The huggies were sadly larger and certainly thicker then I had expected- I would have like to exchange but considering they are earrings I doubt I’d be able to so I guess that’s the curse of buying online.
