Your customer service could do more to relate to the customer about the purchase of the ring I purchased, it took 3 weeks to source my size which they did not have in stock. I rang around the stores myself and found another size which I was happy with and rang the online store to let them know. From there it still took another week to get it from the store to your online warehouse to post out to me. I don't understand that I could find the ring that I ordered, and not the online warehouse. As I did let them know I was happy with another size early on in the piece.
