Hi//the buying on line was easy and deliovery was fast. However there was a problem as there
were no instructions with the watch nor was there a model number which could assist your store in identifying the model and therefore they could not assist me.
I would be grateful if you would email me both the model number and instructions for winding and setting the watch and any general care instructions
