My experience with this seller was not satisfying. I have ordered a Seiko diver's watch, and I have received not a new condition. The packaging was nothing but a watch box, so the watch box must be moving around over the package's shipping. Once I received the watch, I noticed some bracelet scratches and a dent on the lug. I couldn't find any warranty card or paper tell you about AUTHENTICITY but a packing slip. I tried to talk to customer service, and I showed my clear thought about exchange. The customer service keeps telling me whether I want a replacement or a refund. I said "Yes" and later the customer service said there's no more stock available.
