They never had the watch, they did everything to convince the customer that it was about to be shipped, they promised not to bill the credit card until they shipped, and they billed the card and continued to pretend they were about to ship. This is interstate fraud. The company is not legitimate. I have submitted complaints to the NY attorney general's office, the KS attorney general's office for consumer protection, to the Better Business Bureau and to the DCWP. Do not be a fool. Do not attempt to do business with this company. It is entirely fraudulent. Take your time and research carefully, there are extreme negative reviews of bezali.com / bezali all over the Internet. They are criminals.”

“My experience with this seller was not satisfying. I have ordered a Seiko diver's watch, and I have received not a new condition. The packaging was nothing but a watch box, so the watch box must be moving around over the package's shipping.
Once I received the watch, I noticed some bracelet scratches and a dent on the lug. I couldn't find any warranty card or paper tell you about AUTHENTICITY but a packing slip. I tried to talk to customer service, and I showed my clear thought about exchange. The customer service keeps telling me whether I want a replacement or a refund. I said "Yes" and later the customer service said there's no more stock available.”
“Very unprofessional! I placed an order of a Tag and got the confirmation that the order has been placed I paid all the money but guess what! Bezali Watches didn't have that watch and they did not tell me even. When I called them and asked about my order they told me some story and gave me the option to buy other watches which didn't like, eventually, they canceled my order and Refunded the money. But not getting the watch after making a complete payment and waiting for a day is very annoying. I won't suggest anybody buy watches from Bezali.”
