Brian Markman at B&HPhotoVideo, wasn't nice nor was he helpful. Didn't help and was rude otherwise unprofessional .. Having been in the city for many years, have ordered from this merchant for (a long time). When problems occur Brian is the first to play victim and appeal to the responsibility of his firm. Sick of this guy! Would like a staff member to help please and thank you.
