Package to Canada lost in-transit. B&H handled customs clearance but they refunded just the price of the items and not the amount paid to them for customs charges. They insist that Canadian customs would take care of that part of it. Canada Customs says they will not. I'm left holding the bag for duties and customs for an item that I did not receive.
