B&H gets it. They understand the pro user, the need for orders to be filled and shipped promptly, and the quality of advice and product knowledge that is so rare in the modern world. I only wish they had satellite stores elsewhere in New England where customers could be hands on with the product. Nothing beats a real time experience before making a major purchase. Otherwise, they'll get my business way before other retailers.
