I was frustrated because my original order wouldn't work. talked to another tech and was cut off. Reconnected with a second tech only to get cut off again. Reconnected to the second tech and had to repeat everything I discussed with the first tech and the second one provided me with alternative solutions that the original tech didn't provide (although not his fault). So I placed another second order predicated on what the second tech recommended. Hopefully, when I receive the new order, everything will connect and I can move on.
