The CHAT is SO helpful. I get great service and advice from professionals in their respective fields! Every time I have used the CHAT feature, all my questions were answered! I have bought several items from BH Photo, from 1000.00 lenses to 21.00 memory cards. I trust the knowledge and expertise of the techs I have chatted with. I would definitely recommend BH Photo!
