Always a pleasure having to place an order with B&H. Online ordering and check-out is simple and to the point. The bonus is finding out that the order is being expedited rather than standard delivery time. Had chat sessions with 3 different reps on 2 items. The first item with 2 reps was my fault for failing to ask one last question, needed to start a 2nd session. The 2nd item was with a rep who understood and was very knowledgeable for the product I asked about (don't be annoyed that you get transferred to a second, or third person, as each will have a higher level of expertise in the product you're asking about).
