What ALL businesses in todays world I've been overjoyed with the ease of being able to actually speak to a customer service rep, I've taken the time to write this because this is the way it should work. With most businesses you get bogged down in prerecorded selections, get disconnected and very frustrated (I do anyway)
But not with B&H Photo, everything (so far) works the way it should, need help a real person is there quickly.
