I have been buying from B&H for 15 or so years, never any question about their service. I often receive the order the next day, without an additional cost. I don't live far from NYC. They are terrific with pre-purchase questions, so that I get what I want. I haven't had any service issues recently, but the few I have had were handled quickly and to my complete satisfaction.
