Whenever the subject of customer service comes up, I tell people that B&H is the best service organization I've ever dealt with, in any industry. Fast, accurate, responsive. The website is the best for searching for products by whatever attribute is important to you. Ordering is very easy, as others have pointed out. I don't even think of buying photo gear anywhere else.
