I have been trying to get through to an actual customer service person for nearly an hour. I called and got unwanted promotional offers about an alert device and a car repair program—all recorded and long and of no interest to me. When I pressed # as instructed if I did not agree to sign up, it hung up on me. 3 calls produced the same results. The live chat is equally frustrating. I have been waiting 25 minutes to be transferred to the next available customer service rep. No indication whether that will ever actually happen. Meanwhile my simple question about a pending order is still unanswered. The quality of customer service anywhere can be good or not so good. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever encountered.
