So disappointing. We ordered a teleprompter online from B & H. The next day I received an email saying my order was cancelled. I replied asking them why. They said they received an email from me to cancel. ????
They refunded me but not the exact amount I paid (due to exchange rate they justified). So does it mean B & H can go around cancelling people’s order and make them lose money?
Lesson learnt- Please read reviews before buying online.
