I had to return items that are damaged 4 out of 22 items . BHFO does not pay for return even tough it is their fault for sending items that are damaged . Sending it back from an APO address in Germany is expensive . At least state it in the description or check on the item before sending it !!! Customer service was super slow they kept asking to many question over and over again even tough I gave all information needed in the first email. I will not buy from this Outlet anymore !!!
