One had a zipper that only opened half way. I complied with the requirement to provide photos. Paraphrasing the reply ... It's an easy fix go find a tailor and provide us with the estimate and we'll see what we can do. Really? You sell a dress that can't be worn and your reply is find someone to fix it and we might help? Another of the dresses had a failed seam at the bottom of the zipper and several large snags in the fabric. Yes the prices are reasonable and sometimes fantastic but you also might receive damaged goods. First and most likely last purchase from BHFO.
