They sent the wrong size of a hoodie. When I called they asked for a screenshot to be emailed and never heard back. I called back 10 days later and they won't admit they sent the wrong size and will accept a return and I have to pay for the shipping. No exchanges I would have to re-purchase and pay a 3rd time for shipping. Their excuse we have no proof in your cart, obviously the item is no longer there, it was processed. Ridiculous!
