The concept was very straightforward and seemed very seller friendly. I was skeptical at first because the estimate was $3,000 more than other online platforms, but Lora helped me through the process and I ended up selling for an additional $700 on top of the estimate. One downside is that I had to drive to the dealer to hand it over, but the person at the dealer came out and checked for 2 minutes, after which they signed the papers with me and I got the check on the spot. It's a legit company！
