I was thoroughly impressed with the Bidbus. I was guided and supported every step of the way which helped to calm any fears I may have had going into the sale. I was able to secure a bid that was satisfactory to myself and the dealership who bought my vehicle. Was it as much as I would have received if I had sold it myself? No, but it was way quicker and easier. It was only about $1,000 less than what I would have asked. Again, in the end I was very happy with the outcome and the total experience. So, why didn't I award five stars? I had to drive over three hours to reach the drop off dealership (that's just because I chose to live in the middle of nowhere), but then I had to wait four hours for the dealership to inspect the vehicle and to complete the paperwork. I don't know if the service department was especially busy or short staffed, but it was annoying. To top it off, the person authorized to sign checks left early and I will now have to wait a few days to receive my money. These negative experiences are completely outside the control of Bidbud, but they did cast a dark cloud over my otherwise positive experience selling my truck using Bidbus.
