Super simple process. Got MUCH more $ than the other car buying/selling places like CarMax and AutoNation and a few other similar places. I like that they give you an estimate of what it will sell for as well as letting you set a reserve price, which if the bids don't reach, then you don't have to sell unless you want to. But if reserve price is met or surpassed, then you are required to sell, which is the whole point of the process. And the auction is over and done with in only 2 hours! The 1% of selling price auction fee is fair (minimum of $300). They also have great customer service with communication via text messaging. So glad I stumbled across this service. Based on my experience, I can't recommend them enough, not to mention selling to a dealer is soooo much safer and easier than trying to sell your car to a private party.
