After an hour of wasted time, bid bus said if I give them a good review the dealer will pay the price they bid to. 4 months later, I get notified my account was not fully paid off and owed about 93 bucks. This was because the dealer did not pay off the loan in the 10 day time frame! I paid the 93 bucks and reached out to bid bus. They requested my Zelle and said the dealer will take care of it, it’s been about 6 weeks. 93 bucks…I’d hesitate to do future business with bid bus.
