I was worried at the beginning because of lacking communication from Bidbus as there is not much information in how the process works. However, We got $2k++ more from Bidbus than the offer that we have received from CarMax in the second auction. It took about 2 weeks to sell my car after signing the contract with Bidbus. New update: I gave 1 star instead of 0 because I did received a better offer from Bidbus. However, Bidbus charged my account twice for the service fee after the car was sold and never responded to me after contacting them. I would strongly advise anyone who use their platform to be cautious and keep track of the account that used for the payment.
