The communication was abysmal, and the whole process felt like a coordinated effort to deceive me. I tried to address my concerns by reaching out to their customer service and all Bidbus people who have been 'helping' me through texts, but to no avail. Even after submitting an official complaint, I was met with silence for over a month. It's safe to say that I won't be using their services again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of Bidbus.
