I want to share a recent experience that left me feeling frustrated and let down. So, picture this: you're trying to sell your vehicle, and you think you've found a good service to help you out. You reach out to Bidbus, hoping for a smooth and fair process. But what actually happens is a series of letdowns and frustrations that make you want to pull your hair out. I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Bidbus. I submitted a request for a price evaluation through their website, clearly stating my intentions and timeline. But what followed was a series of events that left me feeling completely disrespected and taken advantage of. First, they listed my vehicle for auction without my consent, then pressured me into accepting a lower price than signed on contract, and to top it off, they hit me with a commission fee which they promised to cancel because of the lower price compared to the contract. The communication was abysmal, and the whole process felt like a coordinated effort to deceive me. I tried to address my concerns by reaching out to their customer service and all Bidbus people who have been 'helping' me through texts, but to no avail. Even after submitting an official complaint, I was met with silence for over a month. It's safe to say that I won't be using their services again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of Bidbus. In conclusion, my experience with Bidbus was nothing short of disappointing, and I wouldn't wish it upon anyone else. If you're looking for a smooth and fair process to sell your vehicle, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Bidbus, you've earned yourself a one-star review from me.
