The customer service for professionals is amazing. They've always helped me quickly and efficiently.
I find it gets a bit expensive since there are a lot of requests that don't lead to being hired or even talked to but since they are viewed by the customer you don't get your money back. Maybe there could be a different policy regarding money back and customers posting ads only if they're truly interested in hiring someone, I don't know.
I totally would recommend it to get some new clients though!
