“I try not to use bidvine due to the expense but I received a 'booking' from a potential customer. When I clicked to reply I was charged £19 for a 'referral' but when I subsequently contacted the client it appeared that the booking was a mistake on her part. This was disappointing but to be fair I was refunded when I contacted bidvine and explained.”

They started off well but then they increased the bids ranging from £10-£25 just for a lead. They say if the first response is a 'no' we won't charge you. However in my line of business it can start with a yes and then become a no depending on negotiation and pricing....so I would potentially lose significant money.
To me it's alot to pay for just a lead when you can go to Add to Event and pay £2- £3 for a lead.”

“I don't think BidVine go so far as to invent fake clients, but I am finding a high percentage of contacts made through BidMatch for Ikea assembly think that my profile's hourly rate is a fixed bid to build anything and everything that Ikea sell, even if it's a 4m wide PAX combo that would take two people all day!
The online chat people have been excellent so far, and refunded charges for these situations.”

I think they are a fraudulent company using scammers to pretend to be real customers. Stay well away from them .”
