I try not to use bidvine due to the expense but I received a 'booking' from a potential customer. When I clicked to reply I was charged £19 for a 'referral' but when I subsequently contacted the client it appeared that the booking was a mistake on her part. This was disappointing but to be fair I was refunded when I contacted bidvine and explained.
